3:46 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers investigated a suspicious car in the 700 block of Tamarack Drive.
7:05 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury car crash at 10th and Oak streets.
7:11 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a rock that had been thrown through a bathroom window at the Routt County Courthouse.
7:41 a.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road, where a transient man was coming in and using the bathroom to wash up. Officers gave a warning.
8:47 a.m. Oak Creek Police Department officers were called to a report of trespassing in the 700 block of Lillian Lane.
9:28 a.m. West Routt and Steamboat Springs Fire Protection District firefighters were called to a report of a car crash near mile marker 118 on U.S. Highway 40. It was a head-on collision, and a 60-year-old Denver man was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center with serious injuries. The man also received a citation for careless driving.
9:54 a.m. Officers investigated a car that had been broken into in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.
10:35 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car weaving near mile marker 122 on U.S. 40. The car could not be found.
11:18 a.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to a report of a wildfire in the 26400 block of Routt County Road 31. The fire had grown to about 300 acres by Tuesday evening, but no structures were damaged or threatened.
12:39 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of a person having a medical issue in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
3:03 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person having a medical issue in the 800 block of Oak Street.
3:58 p.m. A person came to the police department and reported a snowboard had been stolen Sunday from a condo building on Whistler Road.
5:29 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a party with alcohol and loud music at a pool in the first block of Balsam Court. The people were asked to be quiet.
5:50 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a man who was bitten by a dog on the Mad Creek Trail.
7:04 p.m. Officers were called to a report of four-wheelers speeding in Dream Island Plaza.
7:21 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of bicycle tires that had been slashed at a parking lot in the 28000 block of C.R. 7 in Yampa. The person whose tires had been slashed found out who did it and did not want to pursue criminal charges.
7:38 p.m. Firefighters were called to investigate a fire in Elk River Estates. The property owners were doing an open burn and were able to put the fire out.
9:56 p.m. Officers were called to a report of domestic violence. A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment, criminal mischief, violation of protection order, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:21 p.m. Officers investigated a loud noise in the 400 block of Eighth Street. A verbal warning was given.
