The following tariff sheets of Yampa Valley Electric Association, Inc. are hereby submitted for your approval of the changes recommended by the management of the Association. The recommendations represent rate and rule changes for existing customers.

Purpose of Advice Letter No. 47
- On Sheet No. 28 and 28A, change the Fuel Cost Adjustment to reflect the new Power Cost Adjustment to include the Fuel Cost adjustment and the new formulary rates for power cost from Public Service Company of Colorado
The Association shall give thirty (30) days' notice to the public by a Legal Notice Publication and post at the business offices in Craig and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It is recommended that this tariff change become effective October 1, 2011.
