Steamboat Springs — Horizons Specialized Services provides free screenings for children. If you’re a parent and are concerned about your child’s development, call Kathy Northcutt at 970-871-8558. The screenings can answer questions such as “Should he be walking by now?” “How many words should she be saying?” and “Is her hearing and vision what it should be?”
