General Description: Final Plat to establish two lots on the existing parcel and dedicate Right-of-Way for the extension of Owl Hoot Trail consistent with the approved Preliminary Plat for the same parcel.

This development application has been submitted and processed consistent with the Steamboat Springs Revised Community Development Code. The Final Decision is to be made by the Director of Planning & Community Development on Monday, September 12, 2011 unless a valid objection by an aggrieved party is filed in the Department of Planning & Community Development by 12:00 PM (Noon) on September 12, 2011. In the event that a valid objection is received by an aggrieved party, the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and/or City Council will hear the petition in public hearings.

This application is available for review and inspection during regular public hours at the Department of Planning & Community Development, located at 124 10th Street, Centennial Hall, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
