Steamboat Springs — The Hayden High School girls volleyball started well but faltered down the stretch Friday at home, falling 3-1 to Little Snake River, Wyo.
Hayden, 8-6 overall, won the first game 25-23 before falling three in a row.
Little Snake River went on to win 23-25, 25-18, 27-25, 25-14.
Hayden next plays at 3 p.m. Saturday at Plateau Valley.
