Helen M. Gumbert: Wonderful facility

My husband and I have been visitors to your lovely town many times during the past few years and cannot say enough about your hospitality, friendliness and the all-around wonderful time we have always experienced. Our latest visit in October had a different twist to it and ended with my husband being hospitalized at Yampa Valley Medical Center for emergency surgery.
Steamboat is truly lucky to have such a wonderful facility in its midst. The entire staff was terrific — everything, from Dr. Hermacinski to the great meals, was very much appreciated. It is comforting to know there are such caring and professional people who are so concerned about each and every detail. Many thanks to all. We hope to see Steamboat again next year — and hopefully without a hospital stay.
