The Great American Smokeout is Thursday. To help others win the battle against tobacco, the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is asking former tobacco users to send cessation success stories to share them with others. Stories should include information about which cessation method worked best for you, how many times you attempted to quit before you succeeded, how old you were when you first started using tobacco and how long you’ve been tobacco-free. Submit stories by Monday to email@example.com, at the VNA office or by mail to Northwest Colorado VNA, Attention: Vicki Barron, 940 Central Park Drive, Suite 101, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. For more information, call Vicki Barron at 970-875-1883.
