NOTICE IS HEREBY, GIVEN that the Steamboat Springs City Council on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, adopted the following ordinances on first reading:
PROPOSED ORDINANCE:
An ordinance amending Sections 12-29, 26-402 and 26-92 of the Steamboat Springs Revised Municipal Code relating to approval procedures for peddlers, solicitors, canvassers, or transient sellers operating in public places; providing an effective date; and setting a hearing date.
PROPOSED ORDINANCE:
An ordinance to eliminate Community Development Code Section 26-184 (B) (3), also known as the "10% rule".
The above ordinances are scheduled for Second Reading/Public Hearing at the Steamboat Springs City Council Regular Meeting on June 7, 2011 beginning at 5:00 p.m., in Citizens' Meeting Room, Centennial Hall, 124 10th Street, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Complete copies of these ordinances are available and can be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk at 137 10th Street, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and may be inspected at any time during normal business hours.
