MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD/STATE OF COLORADO, Public Notice in conformance with the Colorado Sunshine Act of 1972. The Mined Land Reclamation Board will hold its monthly meeting on June 8-9, 2011. The meeting will be held at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise noticed.
During its June 8-9, 2011 meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m., the Board will consider a 112c Reclamation Permit amendment application to which objections have been received for the Bettger Gravel pit, 112c sand and gravel operation located in Routt County. Permit No. M-1976-051 operated by Duckels Construction, Inc., 3500 Duckels Court, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.
