NOTICE IS HEREBY, GIVEN that the Steamboat Springs City Council on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, adopted the following ordinances on second and final reading:
ORDINANCE: 2379
An ordinance amending Article II, Chapter 25 of the Steamboat Springs Revised Municipal Code by the addition of regulations relating to Cross Connection Controls.
ORDINANCE: 2380
Tenth 2010 Budget Supplemental Appropriation Ordinance. Revenue totaling $8,190 as follows: Municipal Surcharge Fund - $2,000; and Tennis Center Fund - $6,190. Expenditures totaling $29,800 as follows: General Fund - $0; Employee Housing Fund - $3,300; Municipal Surcharge Fund - $2,000; Howelsen Ice Arena Fund - $13,000; and Tennis Center Fund - $11,500.
ORDINANCE: 2381
2011 carryover ordinance for 2010 funds. Supplemental revenue and usage of reserves totaling $6,818,608 as follows: General Fund Reserves - $61,565; General Fund Government Grants - $33,608; Community Housing Fund - $89,582; Capital Projects Fund Government Grants - $1,817,927; Capital Projects Fund Routt County Contribution - $85,477; Capital Projects Fund Reserves - $1,785,784; Airport Fund Government Grants - $164,523; Fleet Fund Reserves - $495; Howelsen Ice Arena Reserves - $10,768; Tennis Center Fund Reserves - $4,896; Wastewater Fund Reserves - $1,756,080; Water Fund Reserves - $602,381; Golf Fund Reserves - $131; Rehder Building Fund Government Grants - $150,000; and Rehder Building Fund Reserves - $255,391. Supplemental Appropriations totaling $6,746,797 as follows: General Fund Encumbrances - $95,173; Community Housing Fund - $89,582; Capital Projects Fund - $3,689,188; Airport Fund - $92,712; Fleet Fund - $495; Howelsen Ice Arena Fund - $10,768; Tennis Center Fund - $4,896; Wastewater Fund - $1,756,080; Water Fund - $602,381; Golf Fund - $131; and Rehder Building Fund - $405,391.
ORDINANCE: 2382
An ordinance amending a deed restriction previously imposed on Lot 40, West End Village, and authorizing future amendments to West End Village deed restrictions to be approved by the Yampa Valley Housing Authority in its discretion, and establishing an effective date.
