NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Notice is hereby given that work for the Town of Hayden (Owner) relating to the Sidewalk Project in Hayden, Colorado, is essentially complete. Notice is hereby given to all creditors of JAG's Enterprises, Inc., 7951 W. 28th St., Greeley, CO 80634 (Contractor), that FINAL PAYMENT will be made by the Owner to the Contractor on or following April 7, 2011. Creditors requesting payment for work, materials, or other services provided to the Contractor which relate to this construction project must file claims with the Town of Hayden, ATTN: David Torgler, Town Manager, P.O. Box 190, Hayden, CO 81639. Telephone (970)276-3741 on or before 12:00 p.m. April 4, 2011.
