1:20 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were dispatched to a fire alarm in the 100 block of 11th Street. It was a false alarm.

1:35 a.m. Police were dispatched to a burglary alarm in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. It was a false alarm.

1:45 a.m. Police were called to a report of an open door or window in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Everything was fine.

2:32 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a burglary alarm in the 33200 block of Painted Pony Lane. It was a false alarm.

7:34 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue was called to assist West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders with a transport to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

9:29 a.m. Police were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash in the 300 block of Anglers Drive.

10:03 a.m. Police were called to a report of a two crying juveniles who couldn’t find their parents in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The mother was found.

10:34 a.m. Deputies were called to an animal complaint in the 21500 block of Second Avenue in Phippsburg. A sheep dog that looked unhealthy was on the loose.

12:01 p.m. Police were called to report of a black and white spaniel loose at 13th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

12:10 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue was called to a request for an ambulance in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. Emergency responders took an 8-year-old who fell and hit his head to YVMC.

12:52 p.m. Police were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury, hit-and-run crash in the 2300 block of Ski Trail Lane.

1:07 p.m. Police were dispatched to a burglary alarm in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was a false alarm.

1:19 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of phone harassment in the 28200 block of Thorpe Mountain Drive.

1:19 p.m. Police were called to help a person in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 50-year-old woman got her knuckles stuck under the seat of her pickup truck. She called back five minutes later and told police she got her hand free and wouldn’t need medical attention.

1:23 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue was called to a request for an ambulance in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. A 12-year-old hit his head on the snow but was fine when emergency responders arrived.

1:52 p.m. North Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were dispatched to a fire alarm in the 57400 block of Cowboy Way near Clark. It was a false alarm.

2:22 p.m. Police were called to a report of theft of a purse in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:30 p.m. Deputies received a complaint in the 2000 block of Shield Drive. According to the complaint, a dead cow on private property was visible to neighbors. The Sheriff’s Office said the owner was aware of the issue and would take care of it.

2:36 p.m. Steamboat Ski Patrol was called to a search near the Pony Express lift at Steamboat Ski Area. A Steamboat man ended up out of bounds. Ski Patrol members located the man using his cell phone and he was rescued within an hour. The man wasn’t cited because he didn’t duck a rope.

3 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue was called to a request for an ambulance.

3:11 p.m. Hayden Police Department officers were called to a report of animal bites in the 300 block of Coronado Place.

3:56 p.m. Oak Creek Police Department officers were called to a vehicle complaint at Grandview Avenue and Rollestone Street.

4:07 p.m. Police were called to report of a dog on the loose in the 1100 block of Yampa Street. Officers contacted the dog’s owner, who picked it up.

4:19 p.m. Police were called to a request for an officer in the first block of Seventh Street. A business turned over four fake driver’s licenses to police.

4:23 p.m. Police were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash in the 1900 block of Cornice Road.

4:43 p.m. Police were called to a report of a one-car, noninjury crash at Pine Grove Road and Rollingstone Drive. The car took out a stop sign and rolled over into a ditch but was drivable when flipped right side up. There was no information about whether the driver was ticketed.

5:26 p.m. Police were called to a report of a theft of a snowboard worth $1,000 in the 2300 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

7:39 p.m. Police arrested an 18-year-old Steamboat man on suspicion of possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance that police suspected was LSD; possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at Eighth and Oak streets.

7:44 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of someone in a home in the 1400 block of Eagle Glen Drive. Everything was fine.

9:18 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of shots fired in the 31600 block of Aspen Ridge Road. Deputies cleared the area and couldn’t find anyone.

10:07 p.m. Police were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 2100 block of Resort Drive. Everything was fine.
