12:23 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of loud music and bright lights in the 400 block of Emerald Court. Officers issued a spoken warning.

12:56 a.m. Officers were called to a report of people being loud in a pool area in the 2000 block of Ski Time Square Drive. The people were gone when police arrived.

2:01 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of an elk hit near mile marker 142 on U.S. Highway 40. The elk had to be killed.

2:54 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a girlfriend and boyfriend arguing in Steamboat. A man was arrested on suspicion of charges related to domestic violence.

8:10 a.m. Officers were called to Yampa Valley Medical Center for a report of a former employee who may have stolen phone numbers and is contacting patients.

9:33 a.m. Officers were called to speak with a man about his tenants in the 2500 block of Après Ski Way.

10:52 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of neighbors having a disagreement related to trash in the 43000 block of Routt County Road 46.

12:49 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people who were snowshoeing and trying to get too close to elk in the 1000 block of Anglers Drive. A Colorado Division of Wildlife officer was contacted.

1:57 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of dogs fighting in the 21000 block of Routt County Road 16.

3:07 p.m. Animal control officers were called to a report of a barking dog in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive.

4:24 p.m. Animal control officers were called to a report of a pit bull walking toward Spruce Street.

5:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash at Walton Creek Road and U.S. 40. They issued a ticket.

7:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of domestic violence in Steamboat.

8:36 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a man and woman arguing.

10:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of four people being loud at a hot tub in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road.

11:22 p.m. Deputies tagged an abandoned car at mile marker 56 on Colorado Highway 131.
