WOW good job Ron Wendler you talked Routt County Habitat into buying a floating lot.It is interesting that they felt the need to purchase a lot that is barely if at all buildable when several board members own "affordable lots" in West End Village? Go figure.

For the same amount of money... Already built 3 bed/3bath 2178 sq ft home in Hayden.

This 1.89 acre parcel requires a sidewalk ,built at the owner's expense, that starts at the entrance of the Riverside Subdivision and ends at the Riverside commercial center. This sidewalk has to be constructed on pillars to accommodate the "wet lands". Habitat, this sidewalk is going to cost a fortune!
