Notice is hereby given that the work for the City of Steamboat Springs relating to the BAR SCREEN REPLACEMENT project is essentially complete. Notice is hereby given to all creditors of Holmquist-Lorenz Construction Company, 2667 Copper Ridge Circle, #2, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487, the Contractor, that FINAL PAYMENT will be made by the OWNER to the Contractor on or following March 24, 2011
