AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL UTILITY, DRAINAGE, PEDESTRIAN, AND SNOW STORAGE AND REMOVAL EASEMENTS AS SHOWN ON PARCEL 'A' OF THE CREEK VIEW PLAT OF RECORD AT RECEPTION NO. 646248 AND AT FILE NO. 13664.
