Steamboat Springs The Hayden Town Council is scheduled to consider tonight whether to transfer the HiWay Bar liquor license to new operators Kendal and Andrea Wheat, of the Wheat Corp., from Fawna Odom.
If the change is approved, Town Council members will consider a temporary liquor permit while the Colorado Department of Revenue reviews the transfer.
The Town Council also will consider whether to approve first reading of a final plat for Phase 2 of the Creek View subdivision. The action would vacate existing easements and create new ones. A second reading is scheduled for March 17.
The meeting is scheduled to begin with staff and council member reports at 7 p.m. today followed by the regular session at 7:30 p.m. at Hayden Town Hall, 178 W. Jefferson Ave.
