Steamboat Springs 12:15 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers arrested a 26-year-old Steamboat woman on suspicion of driving under the influence during a traffic stop at South Lincoln Avenue and Trafalgar Drive.
12:52 a.m. Officers arrested a 21-year-old Steamboat Springs man on suspicion of driving under the influence during a traffic stop at Anglers Drive and U.S. Highway 40.
5:41 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a complaint about a dog barking in the 22000 block of Red Cloud Way in Oak Creek.
8:56 a.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat for a 59-year-old man complaining of a possible seizure. He was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
9:04 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who was bitten by a dog in the 3300 block of Après Ski Way.
9:10 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a man receiving threatening text messages in the 200 block of Fifth Street.
9:27 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a fraudulent employment ad. Police are investigating.
10:32 a.m. Officers were called to a complaint about construction vehicles illegally parked near the Phoenix Condos in Steamboat.
11:17 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an abandoned car at Jacob Circle and Downhill Drive.
1:48 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a dog loose in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive.
2:10 p.m. Officers were called to help a driver at Anglers Drive and Lincoln Avenue.
2:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police said a customer brought a package into the post office that she said was mistakenly sent to her. Police referred the case to the Postal Inspector.
2:22 p.m. Division of Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear in the 500 block of Huckleberry Lane.
2:39 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Steamboat for a 35- to 40-year-old man who fell off a ladder. No other information was available.
2:43 p.m. Deputies were called to a complaint about horses that were loose at Routt County Road 33 and U.S. Highway 40. Deputies moved the horses back into pasture.
3:11 p.m. Officers and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a report of a fire alarm in the 1800 block of Christie Drive. It was a false alarm.
3:22 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a theft in the 30000 block of C.R. 14.
4:56 p.m. Officers were called to help a driver at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.
5:40 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bike that was found in the 400 block of Howelsen Parkway.
5:54 p.m. Officers were called to a report of vandalism in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. Police said a GMC Yukon had been damaged.
6:21 p.m. Deputies were called to a complaint about an animal in the 25000 block of C.R. 15.
7:42 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a black Ford Bronco speeding in the 700 block of North Grand Street. Officers couldn’t find the SUV.
10:26 p.m. Deputies were asked to check on a person in the 42000 block of Deer Road.
10:41 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a suspicious car on C.R. 14.
11:02 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the 500 block of Anglers Drive. A mother bear and her cub were spotted in front of the trash cans at McDonald’s.
