Steamboat Springs 12:29 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious car in the 700 block of Lithia Springs Road.
2:59 a.m. Officers were called to a complaint about noise coming from a party at Third and Pine streets. The party was ending when officers arrived, and a warning was issued.
7:05 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies helped a driver near mile marker six on Colorado Highway 129.
7:19 a.m. Deputies were called to a complaint of a car passing other cars on the shoulder of Routt County Road 62. Deputies could not find the car.
8:02 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a burglary alarm in the 900 block of Confluence Court. It was a false alarm.
8:15 a.m. Deputies and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to a report of a carbon monoxide alarm in the 24000 block of Routt County Road 42.
8:36 a.m. Deputies were called to a complaint about an animal near mile marker three on Routt County Road 27.
10:26 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in a Dumpster in the 500 block of Rollingstone Drive. Officers scared the bear out of the Dumpster.
11:21 a.m. Officers and firefighters were called to a report of a plane engine fire at Steamboat Springs Airport. The pilot landed the plane safely and taxied toward people with fire extinguishers who put out the fire.
11:40 a.m. Officers responded to a bicycle crash in the 1100 block of Yampa Street. A man said he and another man collided on their bikes the night before, and he received medical attention for his injuries.
12:37 p.m. Officers and deputies were called to a report of a car crash near Stock Bridge Transit Center on U.S. Highway 40. A car hit and killed a deer. The driver was uninjured
1:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of theft in the 800 block of Yampa Street. No other information was available.
2:02 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a lost wallet at the sand volleyball courts at Howelsen Hill.
3:30 p.m. Officers responded to a complaint about a car at mile marker 116 U.S. 40 in Hayden.
4:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a dog being attacked by another dog on Blue Sage Drive. A woman said she received a scratch from a terrier while she attempted to separate the dogs. Police said she did not received medical attention.
4:01 p.m. Deputies and U.S. Forest Service rangers were called to a report of a trespasser near Dunkley Pass. No other information was available.
6:11 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a car towing a trailer with no tail lights on Lincoln Avenue. Officers could not find car.
6:29 p.m. An ambulance was requested near Dream Island Plaza for a 19-year-old man who complained of extreme back pain.
8:22 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about children sliding down the plastic-covered ski jump at Howelsen Hill. The children were gone when officers arrived.
8:42 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a credit card found in the 150 block of Trafalgar Drive.
8:51 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a man being bitten by a dog in the 28000 block of Routt County Road 60 in Clark. Deputies said his injuries were minor.
9:22 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a dog barking in the 800 block of Hillside Court.
11:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car in the Eagle Ridge neighborhood near Walton Creek Road.
11:39 p.m. Officers were called to a report of possible domestic violence in Steamboat. Police said a man and his girlfriend were in an argument but another friend mediated the argument.
