"5:07 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about drugs in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive."
So is this a complaint about drugs in general, or just bad drugs? Were the drugs still there when officers arrived on scene? Was everything "okay" when officers arrived on scene? Were these Wal-Mart drugs? ...being taken at doctors' orders? Were these drugs properly taxed and make enough money for a government entity?
