BY VIRTUE OF the Writ of Execution issued out of the Clerk’s office of the District Court of Routt County and State of Colorado, and to me directed, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of ($14,024.25) Fourteen Thousand Twenty-Four Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents plus interest, and costs of suit obtained against Leonard P. Herzog in favor of the Law Office of Cheryl L. Hardy-Moore, P.C. out of the lands, tenements, goods and chattels of the said Co-Petitioner I have levied on the following property, to-wit

THEREFORE, According to said command, I shall expose for sale, at Public Auction, to the highest and best bidder for cash, all the right, title and interest of the above named Co-Petitioner in and to the above described property, on June 13, 2011, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. at the Routt County Sheriff’s Office, 2025 Shield Drive, Steamboat Springs in Routt County, State of Colorado.
