NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of Yampa Valley Electric Association, Inc. will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at the Hayden High School Auditorium in Hayden, Colorado to take action upon the following matters:
The reports of officers, directors and committees.
The election of three directors, as nominated by petition:
District No. 2 - Larry B. Ellgen
Marilynn B. Hill
District No. 3 - Mike Brinks
District No. 6 - Thomas B. (Tom) Fox
William R. (Bill) Haight*
Asterisk (*) designates the incumbent
- The transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
