NOTICE IS HEREBY, GIVEN that the Steamboat Springs City Council on Tuesday, July 19, 2011, adopted the following ordinances on second and final reading:

ORDINANCE: 2395

An ordinance creating a new Article V in Chapter 12 of the Steamboat Springs Revised Municipal Code for the purpose of licensing Non Cigarette Tobacco Product Retailers; providing for severability; establishing an effective date; and setting a hearing date.

ORDINANCE: 2396

An ordinance amending Section 16-12 of the Steamboat Springs Revised Municipal Code to authorize the Director of Parks, Open Space and Recreational Services to extend the season for rafting from public river accesses between River Creek Park and Stockbridge Center; providing an effective date; providing for severability; and setting a hearing date.

ORDINANCE: 2397

An ordinance approving a hangar lease to Allen Storie at the Steamboat Springs Airport and authorizing the City Council President to sign lease documents; repealing all conflicting ordinances; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.

ORDINANCE: 2398

5th supplemental appropriation ordinance of 2011. Supplemental Revenues totaling $835,727 as follows: General Fund - Additional Sales Tax Revenue - $748,300; General Fund - Livewell Grant - $13,350; General Fund - Governmental Grant Easton Sports - $1,077; Airport Fund - Transfer from General Fund - $8,000; and Fleet Fund - Transfer from General Fund - $65,000. Supplemental Expenditures totaling $835,727 as follows: Mountain Fire Station Capital Maintenance - $45,000; Transit HVAC - $41,000; Parks and Recreation HVAC and heat trace - $25,000; Unplanned Maintenance - $20,000; Trailer for Parks mower - $8,000; High Water Initiative - $63,000; Place Conduit In Water/Wastewater Projects - $31,000; Increased Fuel Costs (Transit and Fire) - $130,000; Finance CPA Consulting - $30,000; Snowplow Supplement - $85,000; Transit Seasonal Supplement - $98,000; Biketown USA Community Support - $19,600; Biketown USA Marketing and Public Relations - $30,000; Community Cycling Connections - $49,700; Alternate Transportation (Grant funded) - $13,350; Archery Equipment (Grant funded) - $1,077; Transfer to Airport Fund - $8,000; Transfer to Fleet Fund - $65,000; Increased Fuel Costs Fleet Fund - $65,000; Snowplow Supplement Airport Fund - $8,000.

ORDINANCE: 2399

An ordinance amending Article III, Chapter 7 of the Steamboat Springs Revised Municipal Code regarding allowable noise levels.
