PETITIONER: DUCKELS CONSTRUCTION, INC. PETITION: Special Use Permit for 22.4-acre expansion of existing Bettger gravel pit and extension of existing permit
Let it be known to all interested parties that the petition cited above has been filed in the office of the Routt County Planning Commission pursuant to the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations of Routt County as adopted on March 7, 1972, and as amended.
Said request shall be reviewed by the Routt County Planning Commission on 08/18/2011 in the Routt County Commissioners Hearing Room, Historic Courthouse, 522 Lincoln, Steamboat Springs, Colorado beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Said petition shall be heard by the Board of County Commissioners on 09/13/2011 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Routt County Courthouse, commencing at the hour of 2:30
Said petition is for certain lands located as follows:
LOCATION/LEGAL: A portion of Sections 4, 8 and 9, Township 6 North, Range 85 West; Approx. 6 miles west of Steamboat on the north side of US 40
