Petition for Setback Variance
In the matter of petition by JOHN & JONI STICE for the purpose of construction of a roof to cover the porch.
Let it be known to all interested parties that a petition for a Setback Variance approval has been filed in the office of the Routt County Board of Adjustment pursuant to the Zoning Resolution of Routt County as adopted on March 7, 1972, and as amended.
Said request shall be reviewed by the Routt County Board of Adjustment on 08/08/11 in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, Historic Courthouse, 522 Lincoln Avenue, Steamboat Springs, Colorado beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Said petition is for certain lands located as follows:
