Ute workshop soon

If you want to learn about the Utes, Colorado Northwestern Community College is offering a workshop on the Utes of Northwest Colorado. The workshop is about the Utes, their culture and the infamous “Meeker Massacre.” Plan on attending this workshop at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Hayden Heritage Center. On Friday, the group will travel to Meeker to visit the museum and stop at the battle site and memorial of the massacre.
