Notice is hereby given that the work for the City of Steamboat Springs relating to the FIRST NATIONAL BANK/REHDER BUILDING TRUSEE REHABILITATION PROJECT is essentially complete. Notice is hereby given to all creditors of CALCON CONSTRUCTORS, INC., 2270 w. Bates Avenue, Englewood, CO 80110, the Contractor, that FINAL PAYMENT will be made by the OWNER to the Contractor on or following July 28, 2011.
Creditors requesting payment for work, materials, or other services provided to the Contractor which relate to this construction project must file claims with the City of Steamboat Springs, Attention: Anne Small, Acting Director of General Services, PO Box 775088, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477. Telephone (970) 871-8249.
