clerical error on the Notice of Determination

PUBLIC NOTICE
On June 30, 2011, the Assessor's Office mailed out Notices of Determination to all property appeals filed in May 2011. For the residential class of properties, a clerical error on the Notice of Determination incorrectly identified the sales data
used to establish value as the
24-months preceding June 30, 2008. The correct sales data period used for the current reappraisal is the 24-months preceding June 30, 2010.
The Assessor's Office would like to apologize for any confusion this may
have caused.
