PETITION: Preapplication for 29.49 acre Gravel Pit & subsequent reclamation
Let it be known to all interested parties that the petition cited above has been filed in the office of the Routt County Planning Commission pursuant to the Zoning and Subdivision. Regulations of Routt County as adopted on March 7, 1972, and as amended.
Said request shall be reviewed by the Routt County Planning Commission on 02/03/2011 in the Routt County Commissioners Hearing Room, Historic Courthouse, 522 Lincoln, Steamboat Springs, Colorado beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Said petition shall be heard by the Board of County Commissioners on 03/15/2011 in Yampa Town Hall (56 Lincoln Street, Yampa, CO), commencing at the hour of 6:30.
Said petition is for certain lands located as follows:
LOCATION/LEGAL: 29.49 acres northwest of Toponas on the north side of CR. 3B just west of CR 3; approx. 5.5 miles southwest of Hwy 131
