NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1.
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED GENERALLY and to the owners of real property included within the Special Improvement District No. 1 (the "District") in the Alpine Mountain Ranch Metropolitan District, Routt County, Colorado which will be assessed for a portion of the cost of certain street and water improvements (the "Improvements"), notice is hereby given:
The assessment roll for the District has been completed.
The total cost of the Improvements has been determined. The total cost is $11,000,000 which will be paid by the District through assessments against the real property included within the District. The amount to be assessed against each parcel of real property is $200,000.
There shall be a public hearing before the Board of Directors of the Alpine Mountain Ranch Metropolitan District (the "Board") on February 4, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at 390 Union Boulevard, Suite 400, Lakewood, Colorado, at which the Board shall consider the assessment roll and assessment resolution for the District, and any complaints or objections to such assessment roll and assessment resolution.
Complaints or objections may be made to the Board by any property owner within the District or any other citizen. All complaints or objections must be made in writing and filed with the Secretary for the Board on or before the date of the public hearing. The Board will hear and determine all complaints and objections before the final passage of the assessment resolution.
