Steamboat Springs Steamboat Springs resident and Olympic silver medalist Todd Lodwick paced the U.S. Nordic combined team today in Seefeld, Austria, during a FIS World Cup. Lodwick finished 23rd for the Americans.
France’s Jason Lamy Cappuis won the jump and held on for the victory.
Norway’s Magnus Moan was second, and countryman Mikko Kokslien was third.
Steamboat’s Bryan Fletcher finished 28th, Taylor Fletcher was 34th and Johnny Spillane was 54th.
Action continues Sunday in Seefeld with another individual event before the circuit heads to France. Olympic champion Billy Demong, a proud new father of son Liam, will join the action for a pair of World Cups in Chaux-Neuve.
