Iron Horse Inn - Management and Operations
Bid Deadline - February 14, 2011
The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified property management firms/individuals to provide and implement a Management and Operations Plan for the Iron Horse Inn located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The City desires a turn-key solution that will maximize revenues and minimize expenses while maintaining appropriate levels of customer and tenant services.

A MANDATORY site visit will take place at 11:00 AM on January 25, 2011. All parties planning to submit a proposal must be represented at this meeting.
Proposals must be submitted to Anne Small, Purchasing/Contracts & Risk Manager at the City Hall Offices, 137 10th Street, PO Box 775088, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477, no later than 5:00 pm, February 14, 2011.
The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion, best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
