Notice is hereby given that the work for the City of Steamboat Springs relating to the Community Center Photovoltaic System is essentially complete. Notice is hereby given to all creditors of EMERALD MOUNTAIN ENERGY, PO Box 771586, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477 the Contractor, that FINAL PAYMENT will be made by the OWNER to the Contractor on or following January 13, 2011.
Creditors requesting payment for work, materials, or other services provided to the Contractor which relate to this construction project must file claims with the City of Steamboat Springs, Attention: Anne Small, Purchasing/Contracts and Risk Manager, PO Box 775088, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477.
