ACTIVITY #: PP2011-006; PETITIONER: NICKUM, BRAD L. & CAROLYN E. (JT) PETITION: Appeal of the Administrative Renewal of PP2008-035, a Conditional Use Permit issued to SLO allowing guided horseback rides through a private easement.
Let it be known to all interested parties that the petition cited above has been filed in the office of the Routt County Planning Commission pursuant to the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations of Routt County as adopted on March 7, 1972, and as amended.
Said request shall be reviewed by the Routt County Planning Commission on 03/03/2011 in the Routt County Commissioners Hearing Room, Historic Courthouse, 522 Lincoln, Steamboat Springs, Colorado beginning at 6:00 p.m.
