First Supplemental Budget Appropriation Ordinance of 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY, GIVEN that the Steamboat Springs City Council on Tuesday, February 1, 2011, adopted the following ordinances on first reading:

PROPOSED ORDINANCE:

An ordinance amending sections of the City Sales & Use Tax Code to improve clarity and consistency, to capitalize defined terms, and to correct spelling or typographical errors.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE:

First Supplemental Budget Appropriation Ordinance of 2011. Supplemental revenue as follows: $193,856.07 General Fund, railroad crossing escrow funds; $276,000 General Fund, Revolving Loan fund reserves. $469,856.07 Community Housing Fund via transfer from the General Fund.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE:

An ordinance rezoning property located in Casey's Pond Subdivision, parcels A and C; from RR-1 (Resort Residential One - Low Density) Zone District to MF-3 (Multi-Family Three - high density) Zone District; repealing all conflicting ordinances; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.

The above ordinances are scheduled for Second Reading/Public Hearing at the Steamboat Springs City Council Regular Meeting on February 15, 2011 beginning at 5:00 p.m., in Citizens' Meeting Room, Centennial Hall, 124 10th Street, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Complete copies of these ordinances are available and can be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk at 137 10th Street, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and may be inspected at any time during normal business hours.
