2011 Sailors Alpine skiing schedule
- Jan. 7: Steamboat earns pair of second-place finishes at giant slalom at Copper
- Jan. 14: Slalom at Beaver Creek
- Jan. 21: Steamboat boys and girls teams first place in Aspen GS
- Jan. 28: Boys 1st, girls 3rd at giant slalom at Loveland
- Feb. 4: Boys, girls sweep at slalom at Winter Park
- Feb. 11: Slalom at Steamboat
- Feb. 24 and 25: State at Aspen
Steamboat Springs — The Steamboat Springs High School boys Alpine ski team won at Loveland Ski Area during the weekend, highlighted by two podium finishes.
Steamboat’s Connor Bernard finished first in the slalom, and Tommy Lyon was second. Dane Dixson’s ninth-place finish rounded out the team score, putting Steamboat ahead of Summit and Aspen.
On the girls side, Steamboat finished third, behind Nederland and Summit.
Suzanne Lyon was fifth, Sarah White was sixth and Linnea Dixson was eighth.
