The Steamboat Pilot & Today will be closed Monday in observance of the Christmas holiday.

The newsroom will be staffed. Call 970-871-4221 or 970-870-1368. Classifieds calls will be accepted beginning Tuesday at 8 a.m. but may be placed online at SteamboatClassifiedsNow.com at any time.

The office will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday.

Tread of Pioneers Museum will be closed for holidays

The Tread of Pioneers Museum will be closed Saturday and Christmas Day. The museum will reopen Tuesday. Regular business hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays.

Free Realtor Community Christmas Dinner is Sunday

The free Realtor Community Christmas Dinner is from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Steamboat Springs Community Center. The annual event is sponsored by the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors. Call Penny Fletcher at 970-870-8800 with questions or to donate food.

Gallery volunteer greeters are needed during holidays

The Steamboat Springs Center for Visual Arts, a nonprofit community art center at 906 Lincoln Ave., is seeking volunteers to assist in gallery greeting during the holiday season. Volunteers should have an interest in learning about local artists and confidence in speaking with visitors.
