My goodness, you certainly gave a comprehensive report on the Steamboat Springs Shoot-Out basketball tournament on Dec. 9 and 10. No schedules printed, no blips about who won — except for Steamboat Springs High School.
Many grandparents and parents came to town, rented rooms and ate locally. But like me, if you didn’t know someone attending the games, you didn’t know when the games were being played. At the very least, the championship games and MVPs merited a tiny space in your paper, even if the teams and players weren’t from Routt County.
