Notice is hereby given that the work for the City of Steamboat Springs relating to the TENNIS CENTER PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT is essentially complete. Notice is hereby given to all creditors of CONNELL RESOURCES, INC., 7785 Highland Meadows Parkway, Suite 100, Ft. Collins, CO 80528, the Contractor, that FINAL PAYMENT will be made by the OWNER to the Contractor on or following December 15, 2011.
Creditors requesting payment for work, materials, or other services provided to the Contractor which relate to this construction project must file claims with the City of Steamboat Springs, Attention: Anne Small, Acting Director of General Services, PO Box 775088, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477.
