AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSE AS SET FORTH BELOW FOR THE TOWN OF HAYDEN, COLORADO, FOR THE 2012 BUDGET YEAR
