Let it be known to all interested parties that a request for the development application described below has been filed in the office of the Steamboat Springs Department of Planning & Community Development:

remove five parking spaces at the Safeway store located
at 1400 S. Lincoln Ave.

This development application has been submitted and processed consistent with the Steamboat Springs Revised Community Development Code. The Final Decision is to be made by the Director of Planning & Community Development on Monday, September 12, 2011 unless a valid objection by an aggrieved party is filed in the Department of Planning & Community Development by 12:00 PM (Noon) on September 12, 2011. In the event that a valid objection is received by an aggrieved party, the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and/or City Council will hear the petition in public hearings.
This application is available for review and inspection during regular public hours at the Department of Planning & Community Development, located at 124 10th Street, Centennial Hall, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
