REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #233
COURTHOUSE AND JUSTICE CENTER
ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE
ROUTT COUNTY, COLORADO
The Routt County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting offers to provide elevator preventative maintenance and routine maintenance on the elevators located at the Routt County Justice Center and Courthouse.
Specifications are available from the Routt County Purchasing Agent, Marti Hamilton at mhamilton@co.routt.co.us or 970-870-5316 or from the Routt County website under purchasing http://www.co.routt.co.us.
Sealed proposals must be received at the Routt County Board of County Commissioners Office, 522 Lincoln Ave, P.O. Box 773598, Steamboat Springs, CO. 80477 no later than 1:00 p.m. MST Tuesday, August 30, 2011.
All proposal envelopes should be clearly marked "RFP- Elevator Maintenance."
Routt County reserves the right to reject any or all proposal responses and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposal responses received, and to accept any portion of the proposal response whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of Routt County.
