This development application has been submitted and processed consistent with the Steamboat Springs Revised Community Development Code. The Final Decision is to be made by the Director of Planning & Community Development on Monday, August 22, 2011 unless a valid objection by an aggrieved party is filed in the Department of Planning & Community Development by 12:00 PM (Noon) on August 22, 2011. In the event that a valid objection is received by an aggrieved party, the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and/or City Council will hear the petition in public hearings.

This application is available for review and inspection during regular public hours at the Department of Planning & Community Development, located at 124 10th Street, Centennial Hall, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
