TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is given that on the 20th of August, 2011 at 10:00 AM, the property described below will be sold by private sale at Milner Mini-Storage, 21485 W. Hwy 40, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487, to pay delinquent rent and late charges incurred by Anthony Bartl (tenant), whose last known address is
General Delivery, Boulder, CO 80302, for unit # 47 at Milner Mini-Storage.
Tenant may redeem such property by paying to Milner Mini-Storage all rent and late charges owed, as well as the reasonable expenses incurred in relation to default and sale at or before the time of sale.
