12:36 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of noise in the 2300 block of Aprés Ski Way. Police found evidence that a bear may have broken some glass at a construction site.
12:41 a.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a noise in the 1700 block of Medicine Springs Drive. It was quiet when officers arrived.
1:11 a.m. Officers were called to a complaint of a loud crowd in the first block of Seventh St. Officers dispersed the crowd.
1:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a loud crowd in the first block of Seventh St. Police gave a man in the crowd a courtesy ride home.
2:32 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of gun shots in the 13000 block of Routt County Road 70 near Hayden. Deputies located a hunting camp where the gunshots had originated, and everything was fine.
3:50 a.m. Officers were called to a burglary alarm in the 1200 block of Steamboat Boulevard. It was a false alarm.
4:18 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car in the 1700 block of Fetcher Park Drive. Officers found a man sleeping in his car.
4:42 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person on the Yampa River Core Trail. A man in his 20s threw a backpack into the river and ran away when he saw officers approaching. Police were unable to find the backpack or the man who threw it.
10:35 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a hit and run in the 400 block of Tamarack Drive. A car had crashed into an unoccupied car and drove away. Police found no suspects.
10:45 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet lost in the 400 block of Howelsen Parkway.
12:09 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet found in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
2:22 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunk driver in the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:29 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about an animal in a parking lot near Ninth Street.
5:10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person illegally using a Dumpster in the 500 block of Second Street. The person was gone when officers arrived.
6 p.m. An ambulance was requested for a man in his 50s or 60s possibly having a heart attack near the Trout Creek campgrounds near Oak Creek.
6:25 p.m. Deputies were called to perform a welfare check in the 27000 block of Brandon Circle. Everything was OK.
6:36 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunk driver in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. Officers arrested a 34-year-old Steamboat Springs resident on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop.
7:29 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a person walking around an unoccupied home in Oak Creek. The man was gone when deputies arrived.
8:38 p.m. Deputies were called to a burglary alarm in the 35000 block of Agate Creek Road. It was a false alarm.
