Phoenix condos building permit tops $3 million

Steamboat Springs — The Routt County Regional Building Department issued a building permit this week for exterior renovations valued at $3.05 million at The Phoenix at Steamboat condominium project on Après Ski Way this week. The permit covers work on six residential condominium buildings and an amenity building.
