General Description: The applicant is requesting approval of a Minor Exterior Modification to construct a stage and restroom facility on the northeast corner of the gondola terminal building.

This development application has been submitted and processed consistent with the Steamboat Springs Revised Community Development Code. The Final Decision is to be made by the Director of Planning & Community Development on Monday, May 2, 2011 unless a valid objection by an aggrieved party is filed in the Department of Planning & Community Development by 12:00 PM (Noon) on May 2, 2011. In the event that a valid objection is received by an aggrieved party, the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and/or City Council will hear the petition in public hearings.
This application is available for review and inspection during regular public hours at the Department of Planning & Community Development, located at 124 10th Street, Centennial Hall, Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
