Jokes of the week

■ A school boy told his father he got a part in the school play.

“I play the husband,” the boy told his dad.

“Oh, too bad you didn’t get a speaking part,” the father replied.

■ A wife asked her husband, “If I died, would you get remarried?”

“Probably, yes,” he replied.

“Would you let her live in my house?” she asked.

“Probably, yes,” he replied.

“Would you let her use my golf clubs?” she asked.

“Definitely not!” replied the husband.

“Why not?” she asked.

“Because she’s left-handed,” he said.
