Notice is hereby given that work for the OWNER of the Oak Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, is essentially complete. Notice is given to all Creditors of Duckels Construction that FINAL PAYMENT will be made on, or after, April 30, 2011. Creditors requesting payment for work, materials, or other provided services which relate to the construction project, must file notice with the OWNER on, or before, Friday, April 22, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. Claims may be directed to the attention of the Oak Creek Town Clerk, Attn: Karen Halterman at the above address.
