SoulSpark Journeys yoga retreat is Oct. 9 and 10

Steamboat Springs — SoulSpark Journeys will host an inaugural Yoga Retreat in Steamboat on Oct. 9 and 10. The retreat will feature two days of yoga and workshops taught by professionals.
The Oct. 9 session runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Oct. 10 session is from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Each day will begin with meditation and includes a variety of workshops.
The retreat takes place at the glass pavilion at the Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp. Breakfast and lunch are included. The cost is $125 until Wednesday. After that, the cost is $150.
